class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel 316L, devido ao seu maior teor de molibd\u00eanio, \u00e9 especificado para corpos e discos de v\u00e1lvulas em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es aliment\u00edcias e farmac\u00eauticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um teor mais elevado de molibd\u00eanio, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel 304, garante uma resist\u00eancia superior \u00e0 corros\u00e3o, proporcionando melhor resist\u00eancia a cloretos e detergentes CIP\/SIP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CIP significa &quot;limpeza no local&quot; e geralmente envolve agentes de limpeza alcalinos, \u00e1cidos ou neutros. Exemplos incluem hidr\u00f3xido de s\u00f3dio para gorduras e prote\u00ednas, produtos de limpeza \u00e1cidos para incrusta\u00e7\u00f5es minerais e detergentes especiais de baixa espuma para sistemas de circuito fechado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SIP significa &quot;esteriliza\u00e7\u00e3o no local&quot;. Isso quer dizer que o principal meio de esteriliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o vapor saturado, e n\u00e3o detergente. Em alguns sistemas especializados, podem ser utilizados esterilizantes qu\u00edmicos. Mas a abordagem industrial padr\u00e3o \u00e9 o vapor em temperatura e tempo controlados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al\u00e9m disso, o grau &#039;L&#039; de baixo carbono reduz a sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o durante a soldagem.
