API 598 veya EN 12266 sertifikal\u0131 bir vana, Houston&#039;dan Hamburg&#039;a kadar t\u00fcm performans beklentilerini kar\u015f\u0131layacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En Yayg\u0131n Vana Test Y\u00f6ntemleri Nelerdir?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vana test standartlar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in fabrikada veya \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc taraf muayene sahas\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli test t\u00fcrleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Kabuk Testi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vana k\u0131smen a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r ve genellikle su olan, nominal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n 1,5 kat\u0131 bas\u0131n\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir s\u0131v\u0131 ile doludur.<sup><\/sup> G\u00f6vde ve ba\u011flant\u0131 par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kontrol eder. Paslanmaz \u00e7elik vanalar, gerilim \u00e7atla\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in 100 ppm&#039;den az klor\u00fcr i\u00e7eren s\u0131v\u0131 ile test edilir.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Koltuk S\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131 Testi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vana tamamen kapal\u0131d\u0131r ve nominal bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n 110 %&#039;sine tabi tutulur. \u00c7\u0131k\u0131\u015f, kalibre edilmi\u015f cihazlar kullan\u0131larak s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 izlenir. Esnek oturmal\u0131 vanalar s\u0131f\u0131r s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131 g\u00f6stermeliyken, metal-metal vanalar boyuta ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir izin verilen s\u0131n\u0131ra sahiptir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Arka Koltuk Testi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arka koltuk \u00f6zelli\u011fi olan vanalarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bu test, vana tamamen a\u00e7\u0131kken g\u00f6vde ile kapak aras\u0131ndaki s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131 do\u011frular.<sup><\/sup> Bas\u0131n\u00e7 seviyeleri, koltuk s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131 testine benzerdir, ancak s\u00fcre valf boyutuna ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r; 2 in\u00e7 veya daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00fcniteler i\u00e7in 15 saniye, daha b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fcniteler i\u00e7in 60 saniye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Kriyojenik Test<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LNG ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131k uygulamalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan vanalar, s\u0131v\u0131 azot kullan\u0131larak -196 \u00b0C&#039;ye kadar so\u011futulur, ard\u0131ndan oturma ve g\u00f6vde s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan test edilir.<sup><\/sup> Ama\u00e7, b\u00fcz\u00fclme gerilimi alt\u0131nda contan\u0131n elastikiyetini ve g\u00f6vdenin toklu\u011funu teyit etmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Y\u00fcksek Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 Gaz Testi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enerji santralleri veya rafineriler i\u00e7in tasarlanan vanalar, izin verilen maksimum \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bas\u0131nc\u0131na kadar gaz testlerine tabi tutulur. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kullan\u0131m ko\u015fullar\u0131nda s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131 do\u011frulamak i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7 ve s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131 oranlar\u0131 izlenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130zin Verilen S\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131 Nedir?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hi\u00e7bir standart s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131ya izin vermez.
