Premium Lug Type Triple Offset Butterfly Valve by CTGV
With a robust integral-to-body valve seat and optimized seating angles, this valve is capable of handling isolation and process control through multiple functionalities. This series of butterfly valves are suitable to be used for industrial pipeline as two-way open-closing and regulating devices. The scope of regulation is from 4o°to 90°fully open. They feature threaded tapped lugs positioned on the valve flanges for bolt connections. Its triple offset design and robust construction ensure a tight, leak-free seal, even under demanding conditions.
Reduced Wear and Tear: The unique geometry minimizes friction between the disc and the seat, reducing the rate of wear and enhancing the lifespan of the valve.
Lower Maintenance: Floating ball valves typically have fewer components and simpler designs, making them easier to maintain and repair compared to other types of valves. This can result in lower downtime and maintenance costs.
Low Torque: Due to the offset design, the torque required to operate the valve is generally lower than that of standard butterfly valves, making it easier to open and close.
Suitable for High-Pressure and High-Temperature Applications: The design ensures reliable sealing and performance even in challenging environments.
