Lug Double Offset Butterfly Valve

The Lug Double Offset Butterfly Valve is a high-performance isolation valve designed for moderate to high-pressure applications where tight sealing, durability, and easy maintenance are required. Unlike triple offset valves, it uses a two-offset design for reduced friction and improved sealing, while the lug-style body allows direct pipeline bolting without nuts, making it ideal for end-of-line service or system isolation.

1. The valve adopts double eccentric structure. No wear between the valve seat and valve plate.
2. The sealing ring of this butterfly valve are soft elastic sealing which make the valve with bi-direction sealing. All with excellent sealing properties, resistant to corrosion, long service life both in low pressure and high temperature.
3. The sealing surface of the disc is welding of cobalt-based alloy, with the advantage of wear resistance, long service life.
4. There is a two-way sealing function of the valve. No restriction from the media flows and spatial location, which can be installed in any direction.
5. The driving device can be installed multi-bit (rotation 90° Or 180° ), easy to use.
